Companies are making it harder and harder to reach their corporate offices. They hide their corporate phone numbers and then they try to force you to use forums or online forms to contact them.

A few websites have taken on the problem and they provide you with their phone numbers and hints to reach their corporate offices. You can read customer reviews, complaints and ratings on these websites.

  4. I'm very unhappy and or unsatisfied with the quality of Ozark Trails Tents. I've purchased Five Tents in 1Year there zippers broke after with in the first month and One Tent both zipper plus the corner tent peg for tent poles to hold up ripped right off the tent leaving me without shelter for the weekend and the Wal-Mart Online App Lost My Purchase Receipt and they Refused to Assist Me in anyway to help compensate me for my inconvenience and or product replacement. I purchased a New Tent That I would have no problems with Ozark Trails Tents On January1st-2017. At a Wal-Mart Store for a Family get to gether and to my surprise when I went to set the Tent Up. Opened the Box and the #1 Problem Was The Tent Poles Came Apart They Were Not Strung together,#2 Two Holes on the Front Between the Zipper and Floor in line with each other. MY WEEKEND WAS ALMOST A DISASTER IF IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN TO A FAMILY MEMBER BRINGING AN EXTRA TENT FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS LIKE THIS ONE AND THEN TOLD ME ABOUT A PLACE I CAN GET A QUALITY,PRICED AND BETTER WARRANTY WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE IN STORE AS WELL AS IN THE COMPANY AND OR THE PRODUCTED THEIR SELLING TO PEOPLE THAT'S WHAT THEY CALL CUSTOMER CARE WITH LOVE 💘.AND THAT'S WHAT I HAVE NOT SEEN WITH OZARK TRAILS COMPANY I
    WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYMORE OF YOUR COMPANIES PRODUCTS NO MATTER WHAT IT.A VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY YOUR COMPANIES PRODUCTS TO FAMILY,FRIENDS.JACQUELYN A MELLISH 01-06-2017.

  6. I bought a Ozark Trail Cold Weather Insulated Chair which i returned on July 10, 2017. It is now July 20, 2017. I have no way to contact them. If there is a way they could either send the chair back to me or refund me i would appreciate it. Thank you

I just returned home from an Elk Hunt in Colorado and wanted to let someone know that the Ozark Trail 3 piece cookware set and the stainless steel plates with eating utincils, was literally a lifesaver!!! I want to get word out to any Hunters/Campers, that they absolutely must purchase these products. Thank you.
