Description
This recall involves all models of single- and dual-purpose Coaire and Quietside brand tankless gas water heaters. The recalled water heaters heat either 4 or 7.2 gallons of water per minute. They are white and come in the following dimension ranges: 25-28 inches tall x 15-19 inches wide x 8-14 inches thick. The words “S-Line Condensing” are on the top front and brand names “Coaire” or “Quietside” are on the bottom front of the recalled water heaters.

Incidents/Injuries
Daesung has received 40 reports of the units overheating, including four involving burns on the wall where the heater was mounted and two involving fires and property damage.  No injuries have been reported. 

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water heaters and contact Challenger Supply Holdings to arrange for a free repair.

Description
This recall involves IKEA GUNGGUNG Swing. GUNGGUNG is intended for indoor and outdoor use by children ages 3-7. It is made of green polyester fabric and hangs from a plastic suspension fitting attached to steel hooks. The full length of the suspension strap, including the sling seat, is 17 feet and the width of the seat is 0.8 feet. A permanent label is attached to one of the suspension straps, showing age recommendation (3-7), IKEA logo, Design and Quality IKEA of Sweden, GUNGGUNG article number 302.439.74, supplier number 17915 and Made in Vietnam.
Incidents/Injuries
There have been four reports worldwide including one in Germany, two in Austria and one in Canada of the suspension fittings breaking in use. In one incident a child fell and sustained a fractured leg. No incidents have been reported in the US.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take down the swing to prevent use by children and return it to any IKEA store for a full refund. Proof of purchase is not required to receive a full refund for the return.

This recall involves Kidde residential smoke alarm model i12010S with manufacture dates between December 18, 2013 and May 13, 2014, combination smoke/CO alarm il2010SCO with manufacture dates between December 30, 2013 and May 13, 2014, and combination smoke/CO alarm model KN-COSM-IBA with manufacture date between October 22, 2013 and May 13, 2014. They are hard-wired into a home’s electric power. The il2010S and il2010SCO come with sealed 10 year batteries inside. The KN-COSM-IBA model has a compartment on the front for installation of replaceable AA backup batteries. The alarms are white, round and measure about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. Kidde is engraved on the front of the alarm. Kidde, the model number and manufacture dates are printed on a label on the back of the alarm. “Always On” is also engraved on the front of alarms with sealed 10-year batteries.

Tullia’s Recalls Sauce Because of Possible Health Risk


Tullia’s is recalling Italian Meatless Pasta Sauce code 530140. This recall has been initiated because a records review by the Washington State Department of Agriculture revealed that one batch of sauce produced with the 530140 code had a pH level high enough to allow the growth of Clostridium botulinum. If present, this organism can cause botulism, a serious and potentially fatal foodborne illness.
Foodborne botulism is a severe type of food poisoning caused by the ingestion of foods containing the potent neurotoxin formed during growth of the organism. Foodborne botulism can cause the following symptoms: general weakness, dizziness, double-vision and trouble with speaking or swallowing. Difficulty in breathing, weakness of other muscles, abdominal distension and constipation may also be common symptoms. People experiencing these problems should seek immediate medical attention. Consumers are warned not to use the product even if it does not look or smell spoiled
Recalled sauce is packaged in 16 OZ. and 32 OZ. clear glass bottles with white caps. The code can be found on the label and is in blue ink. The only code of Tullia’s Italian Meatless Pasta Sauce recalled is 530140.
The recalled sauce was sold in the following markets in the Spokane area: Rosauer’s; Yoke’s; Egger’s (West Rosewood); Trading Company Stores (Spokane); Main Market; and Albertson’s (Wandermere Mall).
Tullia’s has made the decision to recall this product to ensure the safety of their customers. The company has not been notified of any illness associated with their products.

They were sold in a variety of red, black, blue and white color combinations. The VIN number is stamped on the tunnel near the right side footrest. The letter E in the 10th position of the VIN number indicates that the unit was made in the 2014 model year, and a letter F in the 10th position indicates that the unit was made in the 2015 model year. The model number can be found on the lower left and right cowling just below the word “YAMAHA.”

The recalled Livie & Luca children’s shoes include two styles: Carta and Cotton. The Carta style Mary Jane shoes are canvas, solid color shoes stitched to a tan sole with a fabric strap and a brown wooden button. The Carta shoes are blue, fuchsia or gray. The Cotton style Mary Jane canvas shoes have a stitched tan rubber sole and a colored fabric strap with a dandelion printed on a pink square button and a gingham or polka-dot cotton interior lining. The cotton shoes are yellow, green or red. Both the Carta and the Cotton style shoes were sold in toddler sizes 4 through 13.  Only shoes with date codes 06 2013 through 12 2013 (Month Year) printed on the insole of the shoe are included in the recall. Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall of all in-date compounded sterile preparations. The recall is being initiated in connection with a recent FDA inspection due to observations associated with certain quality control procedures that present a risk to sterility assurance.
If the sterility of a compounded preparation is compromised, a patient is at risk for infection. To date, Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. has received no reports of suspected infection or other injury, illness or complaints associated with the use of its compounded sterile preparations. However, in an abundance of caution, and in the interest of patient safety, Martin Avenue Pharmacy, Inc. has proactively decided to voluntarily proceed with this recall process and to cease production of compounded sterile preparations until further notice.  Tjs Place of Kirkland Washington is voluntarily recalling approx. 20 containers of Basil Pesto Pasta packed in 8 oz plastic tubs because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
The recalled Basil Pesto Pasta was sold between the dates 8/18/14 and 8/21/14. The Basil Pesto Pasta affected by this recall has a sticker on the side of the container with either of the following codes: 0825, 0826, 0827, 0828
Basil Pesto Pasta was distributed in convenience stores, pharmacies, cafes and espresso stands located in King and Snohomish counties in Washington State.
The firm is not aware of any reported illnesses to date.
The potential for contamination was discovered after routine testing by the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in a container of the Basil Pesto Pasta.
Tjs Place has suspended production and distribution of the product while WSDA and the company continue to investigate the source of the problem.

La OrocoveƱa is informing Biscuit clients that we will be conducting a recall of the product Pound Cake de Queso, 2oz. Exp. Dates 08/11/2014 to 10/12/2014, this since the product contains undeclared milk, wheat and soy.
This product was distributed wholesale to their clients who in turn sold this product to retailers only in Puerto Rico from 06/11/2014 to 08/12/2014. As of today, no illness have been reported in relation to this product, but it is of great importance that people who are allergic or sensitive to milk ,wheat or soy do not consume this product as they run the risk of having serious allergic reactions.
This recall was initiated after it was identified during and FDA Inspection that the product label did not mention the presence of milk, wheat and soy contained in the products sub-ingredients.

This recall involves all Pro Ambient Temperature Probes and Pro Meat Probes manufactured from May 2014 through June 2014. The probes were sold separately as an accessory for the iGrill, iGrill2, iGrillmini grilling thermometers and the Kitchen Thermometer and Kitchen Thermometer mini cooking thermometers. The meat probe was also sold as a component of the iGrill2 set. The probes consist of a curved stainless steel rod attached to a mini connector by a steel braided cable.  Pro Ambient Temperature probes are about 6 inches long with a metal grate clip on the end.  Pro Meat Probes are about 6 3/4 inches long. iGrill Pro Meat Probes and iGrill Pro Ambient Probes came with either a red or yellow rubber sleeve and an oval black plastic cord holder. Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probes and Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probes came with a green rubber sleeve and a round white plastic cord holder. The iDevices logo is stamped into the top of the cord holder. Recalled probes have only two indentations, or crimps, in the base of the probe tube where attached to the braided cable. iGrill Pro Meat Probes and iGrill Pro Ambient Probes came in red packaging. Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probes and Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probes came in green packaging. The iDevices name and logo and either “iGrill Pro Meat Probe,” “iGrill Pro Ambient Temperature Probe,” “Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probe” or "Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probe” are printed on the front of the packaging. UPC number 852931005148, 852931005193, 852931005162 or 852931005216 is printed on the bottom of the packaging.
Incidents/Injuries
The firm received 11 reports of the probe overheating and the plastic insulator melting during normal use. No injuries were reported.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled temperature probes and contact iDevices for a free replacement.
