  1. I posted an experience on Yelp about a month ago. I went to update my post with a positive response and found my post no longer viewable on Yelp. Is the owner of this establishment allowed to remove a comment I have posted about my experience? If so, why should I bother posting my experience. Thanks

  2. I cannot belive that people can be allowed to put such terrible things on Yelp about a business! You at least tried to hide the review that was posted by a "disgruntled" client who had no right to make such deflamatory statements about our company. The scary thing for us business owners, who are for the most part, honest, hard working people, is we are sitting ducks for nutty people who have problems and are using the internet to spread their hate and lies! You need to filter these people better than you are doing. Yelp is doing more harm than good to those of us who have been unfairly targeted.

  3. I do not understand how Yelp survives its own persistently negative and scathing reviews. Only negative comments persist while all valid and legitimately positive comments are "filtered." How and when will this be cured? Even the "filtered" icon is a scam. It is very very tiny and blocked by letters that are impossible to read.

  4. Yelp is the worst possible service that any business can use on the planet. They have no desire to help out the businesses that list with them, provide no customer support or live help and will not address errors or mistakes even when it is as clear as water. It almost seems like Yelp is out to intentionally distroy good business names and reputations with the manner in which they conduct their business, if you can call it that? Yelp needs to be put out of business. They are nothing but a money making machine that thrive on stealing from the business community and provide no value whatsoever to the businesses or the consumer as most of the on line information is filtered, un-true or contrived. STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU KNWO WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU! YELP IS A MONSTER HELL BENT ON DISTROYING REPUTATIONS AND BUSINESSES! George

Two negative reviews out of over 20 positive! They don't answer the phone they don't reply to emails I am seriously considering flying to California to confront them! I would live love love to be added onto any lawsuit or something!! Does anyone know anyway to get jn touch with them or delete an account? Or unlock one ??

  6. Yelp gives a voice to a bunch of nobodies whose only existence is online. They use it to extort freebies and discounts from honest, hard-working small businesses. They expect their behinds to be kissed and polished because they have the power to hurt your business anonymously. Here's a random example. Look up Rachel Thoele of Oakland California on Yelp. All bad one-star reviews unless the business was extorted into giving her whatever she demands. Scum empowered by Yelp!
