Kelloggs Croutettes Stuffing Mix - Discontinued

Many of Kellogg's customers were disappointed this holiday season, when they couldn't find their Croutettes Stuffing Mix. The product is no longer produced.

However, consumer demand seems very strong and perhaps they will bring the product back in 2012.

  4. I'll pay $50 for a box of Kellogg's Croutettes, it's ridiculous I can't at least buy it on line. This is what the CPG world is coming to as big box retailers take the variety and flavor away from us to make their money....we'll have no choices or traditions.

  7. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back your stuffing mix! If you have a problem getting grocery stores to stock it, just let the public know and we will certainly inform the store managers that we will take all of our holiday grocery shopping to the grocery store that does carry the Kelloggs stuffing mix! It is the day after Thanksgiving and though I won't let bad stuffing ruin the spirit of the day, the stuffing was beyond "not good:" - it was disgusting! I used to be truly inspired to continue a long day of cooking on Thanksgiving Day morning by the wonderful smell of your cooked stuffing! The stuffing mix I used yesterday didn't have any smell at all - too bad it had taste, though! My mother (God rest her soul) always used Kelloggs and I have also for my entire adult life - that's nearly 100 years of loyalty! You can charge double or triple the dollar amount that you used to and I will still buy the product - I promise! If stocking is the problem, just sell it on line during the holidays and I will be the first in line to purchase! Thank you in advance for making Thanksgiving savory again!

  12. Please bring back the croutettes !!!!! My grandmother used them my mother used them I have used them for 20 years and have missed them since you discontinued them and every year I'm hopeful… And I search for them to no avail why would you discontinue such an amazing product – Arnold's aren't nearly as good Pepperidge Farm they're too small and they make A mushy dressing the seasoning on the crew tats was perfect please consider bringing them back . And as I look on this site and I know it's not the only site people are still looking for them all these years later why not bring them back ?

  13. As I read all these other comments, I realize I am not alone. I stopped making stuffing when I could no longer find Croutettes. All other varieties seem to mostly be bread crumbs which makes 'mush'. Begging will not make Kelloggs bring them back because they don't really care. I know this because another site showed their suggestions on making stuffing with some of their different cereals. Mini wheats?? come on! I'm with the lady who recommended not buying other Kellogg products when they won't make the ones people want in favor of making money.

  14. My mom died 4 years ago at the age of 66 after a horrible 3 month battle with pancreatic cancer.
She was beside herself for years when she had to hunt everywhere and beg our local grocery store to special order the croutons...and the last few years she was alive, stuffing was not the same. Recipe has been In my family for generations and this year, I'm crying alone on Thanksgiving because my marriage of 25 years ago suddenly fell apart after she died and I've never cooked a Thanksgiving meal. I miss my mom. I miss my family and I miss the only holiday stuffing I knew for a lifetime. HOW can Kellogg's NOT bring these back??? I'm shocked & truly heartbroken.

  15. Yup, even years after it was discontinued, after trying every brand and every formula in the book, still nothing compares to Kellogs Croutettes. Turkey stuffing is no longer enjoyable like it used to be. I still search every year hoping they'll bring it back so we can have stuffing as a regular side dish again.

  16. Well here we are another year without the Kellogs Croutettes for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. I have tried every name brand and generic brand on the market and nothing comes anywhere close to the Kellogs brand I grew up with. Stuffing is now a thing of the past for my family.

  23. WHY IS IT I NEVER SEE ANY RESPONSE FROM THE KELLOG'S COMPANY AS TO WHY THEY DISCONTINUED THEIR CROUTETTES STUFFING MIX???? WITH SO MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THEIR STUFFING MIX FOR SO MANY YEARS, YOU'D THINK THEY COULD AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAD A GOOD PRODUCT THAT PEOPLE LOVED AND COUNTED ON FOR THEIR SPECIAL HOLIDAY MEALS AND THEN CUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OFF WITHOUT A WARNING OR A WORD OF EXPLANATION. THEIR PRODUCT WAS UNIQUE IN THAT IT ACTUALLY TASTED HOME MADE AND DIDN'T TURN INTO MUSH WHEN PREPARED. KELLOGG'S OWES US ALL AN EXPLANATION AND APOLOGY FOR RUINING OUR HOLIDAY MEALS!

  24. Kelloggs... please bring back you stuffing mix!!! I'd even buy it online and pay the shipping and handling. Nothing comes close to that flavor! The taste of that stuffing is the taste of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
