  1. We are in the process of getting floral arrangements together and using the rustic blue speckled Coffee Percolator with lid. We are now using goof off in order to remove the friggin label on all four. What is up with this crap? Can you guys not provide some form of adhesive that does not stick completely to the product and take an act of congress to remove? We have to use a razor blade to get this shit off!! I am the first to say Kudos on a bargain but this is bullshit. We spend thousands of dollars each year at your location and still have this kind of crap to deal with? I understand savings and profit, but cmon this is rediculous.

  2. This ozark customer service number does not give you an option for customer service for ozark product. I have also tried emailing the service@zhengteusa.com that I am requested to do instead of returning a defective product to the store and get NO response.     1. I just had the same exact experience. I called the number above, spoke with a Sarah Pushcart. She requested the details so I was thoroughly explicit in providing my request to replace the tent rainfly to a 7x7 two man dome tent, and she said she wouldn't help me, so I requested to speak with a man, so she transferred me to the travel and flights department. Then I requested the camping department, and was disconnected.
      The recession was supposed to refine employment occupations choosing the best of all the millions of flippant applicants. Why are reproducing idgits offered interactive occupations.

      Fneh!

      ....where's my camera and voice recording equipment; I'm just going to go urban camping again.

    1. Yes, my new years resolution was to never step foot in wal mart again, I've been there3 times this year, that's3 more times than I would like to admit to. But, they do have products nobody else has, especially in the camping category. So yes we're all fools, people need to buck up and appreciate American made goods again, myself included. P.s. your comment was right on the money, they're the cheapest products to construct, and the cheapest to sell!

  4. This company do not care for customer satifaction .I have a tent, one of the hooks thats sew to the tent body rip off,call customer service they tall me that part dont have a warranty really disapoitment.only used three times.I dont recoment any body to buy this product any more.

I had my 2 room tent for a while 2 hours before the design flaw or the piece of material around the zipper broke the zipper , I got the exact new tent bc that's all Wal-Mart would do and it took 1 day for the seams to rip and the zipper to yet again rip into the extra flapping material ... what a joke This company is , I'll only buy Coleman now ...

  7. If the manufacturer that your tent was made from is called NorthPole they no longer make tents just Global which there tents are not compatible with NorthPole and there number is 1-888-280-7876 just leave a message and they'll call u back ASAP.

HKD Global does handle many tents and replacement parts for the tents and screen houses under the Ozark Trail name, but if your product shows a separate manufacturer than HKD Global, they cannot replace it for you. 1) parts are not compatible between the manufacturers 2) They do not have the specifications for your poles.

I bought an ozark trail two burner propane stove used one time the regulator broke and its clear unusable I can't find a replacement anywhere the only replacements are Coleman and they aren't adaptable ive contacted walmart headquarters but haven't got anywhere yet if Ozark trail cant supply replacement parts I would stick with Coleman for all my camping supplies.

  14. I bought a childs Ozark Tent from Walmart for a christmas gift....the support poles were crushed. I took the tent back to have replaced and they no longer had it. 12/29/15 I contacted OZARK and they stated they would send me new poles within 2 weeks.. As of today 1/26/16 no poles. I have tried the number again and you have to sit through several adverstisements then it says the number is no longer available. dont waste your money on trash.

    1. How did you Co tact Ozark Trails? The 800 number is Hijacked by some scam that wants my credit card information for a $1.95 fee to get a $100 gift card. I cannot reach Ozark at all. I'm missing piles for a tent they no longer make and I want new poles. The tent is in mint condition, don't want to just throw it away.

  18. I am very disappointed with Ozark Trail and Walmart. A friend posted about the Ozark Trails Tumbler being as good as the name brand one. I looked up and my local Walmart said they had 7. I went to buy one and there were not any. The clerk said I do not know why it says that but we do not have them in yet. I went online and purchased one and it was supposed to be sent to the store. I received an email that I would be able to pick it up that afternoon. Nope I was then told it was probably on the truck that had not been unloaded. Waited until the next day and had to call the 800 number. Was told they are out of stock and would let me know when they are in. I know exactly what they are doing. They are raising the price because of the video about being just as good. I am very disappointed in both companies. UGH.

  19. My husband and myself has been trying for weeks to get this Ozark Trail Tumbler. There is always some excuse to why they are not available. I'm just to the point Walmart sucks. Customer service does not care about customers and all Walmart cares about is how to get our money and not honor there produce. However, they know with very little places to shop and get all in one store they can treat people with disrespect and uncaring of the hard earned money they spend there from like of one stop shopping. I have stop most all shopping with this company. As soon as my husbands medication can get transferred. Walmart is a thing of my past. You pay for what you get and I'm not going to pay for someone to take my money and disrespect me. Now I have to prove I'm not a robot to post this...LOL

    1. Honestly they told me that the same over and over. I kept checking back, I heard that it's because people buy them out so quickly. But I did order three online and got them shipped to the store. They're great so far, some of them had some scratches but I plan on taking them back because of that.

  27. I bought a Ozark Trail 6 can expandable top soft sided cooler. UPC 618842203567 Black ot-3101-10. I have only had it about 3-4 weeks. I only use it for work for my lunch and the linings or seams all around it are falling apart. I took it to the store I bought it from which was Wal-Mart is Schertz and they said they can do nothing about it. What is the deal?

  28. We have bought the same Tripod before. I can not use this without putting the poles back in place once I get it over the fire. I do not feel that this should happen. I have tried to get the number to call and ask why? No luck finding the number. We are going back to our old one. We cook in our backyard all summer and into the winter.

    1. When you call Walmart and have a question they can't answer, they give you an 800 number to call That number takes you through a ton of ads and even if you say no to all of them all the way through it will then say to hang up now! You can't reach a human being!

    I have an Ozark Trail 52-Quart High-Performance Cooler, great cooler but the rubber hold down straps for the lid will eventually break and I need to find 1 or 2 replacements.

  33. Purchased a Ozark Trail river float and it didn't even come with the plug to keep the air in the float. Tried contacting them numerous times to see if they could just send me a plug for the float, but they will NOT return my call. Probably the worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

Trying to get in touch with Ozark since I purchased 5 of the 30 oz Yeti Knockoffs....have followed their instructions and one of the cups after having it only one month is failing.....It appears the rubber ring is compromised and pushed down or worn off. Loved the tumblers first but now getting disappointed since I didn't spend along 10.00 per cup to only have them last one month. I hand wash and really watch the rubber seal. Any suggestions? Carol Campbell

    1. Having the same problem with the gasket. Am now looking for a gasket replacement but not having much luck. This is the complaint I have heard about the Ozarka tumbler. Will probably purchase another lid. Would like to contact the manufacturer. They need to fix the problem. Roy

  35. Ozark has two model numbers for the 30 ounce stainless steel cup 83-461 and new number 83-492. does anyone know what the difference is. 0I know the new one has a tinted colored lid. The 83-461 is slightly magnetic on the top portion. the 83-492 which they called new is not magnetic at all.

  39. Ozark Trail hiking shoes have inherent design flaw. Traction\shock - absorbing blisters on heel wear through with just 1 month of light use and are hollow so they suck up water from wet pavement like a vacuum. Socks are sogged out after 2 minute walk from vehicle to work. Both shoes. Didn't they test these things before marketing them??

  41. I was told by WM that Olympia Tools International Inc is the manufacturer of Ozark Trail, at least for the tumblers. The bottom piece fell off of mine and they are picking it up by Fedex tomorrow and replacing it. I appreciated their helpful attitude very much, even though it's not an expensive tumbler. It's nice when companies stand behind their promises!

  42. My husband recently purchased at Walmart a pair of men's hikers shoes. While reading the print on the box I noticed a misspelling/misprint on a word in your Spanish description. Or your proof reader is not completely bilingual or you don't have one. If you care to do things right please correct the error on your next print. The word appears as EXCURISIONISMO. The correct spelling is EXCURSIONISMO.

  46. Well the number above 1866-461-8665 goes straight to a voicemail. No name, nothing. I did not leave a message. I called Walmart CS and they gave me 573-436-0540 for Ozark Trail tent replacement parts. I called the number, it is a voicemail but it does say it is Ozark Trail Tents their hours are 8 to 4 and to leave message. Well I have 3 times now and not a call back yet. I even called during their business hours and it was still a voicemail. I am going to send a letter to the address in Fremont, ca to see what kind of response, if any, I may get.

  47. I spent good money on 2 Ozark Trail flashlights & am very disappointed. I was knelled down working on my bike doped light maybe 6 inches from the ground no longer works Had it about 3 days. The smaller of the 2 I forgot in a friends car when I retrieved it a couple days later it no longer worked . Id hate to be camping with one of these flashlights for sure you would be left in the dark! I paid the extra money for them because I figure you get what you pay for. And when they worked they were nice & bright,But they did not work for long . Went to Walmart to exchange they said I have to go through manufacture That I have not a clue on how to reach!   48. I had the same thing happen to me. I bought an Ozark backpacking tent and it didn't work the way it was advertised to work. They were extremely unhelpful and condescending. Ozark trails is extremely guilty of false advertisement. And when I called them out on it, the guy said we can advertise however we want and say whatever we want. I feel very cheated and lied to. I will never buy camping equipment from Ozark or Walmart again

I would like to have the border at the bottom of the tent up to the plugin pouch all absolutely water proof, water is getting in at this area of my tent from heavy rain and it running towards my tent and seeping in,it would keep the water out if you designed an incorporated this new feature that I would like to have to keep me dry

  53. I just opened the box for my new 5 gal water bladder and the plastic is already cracked on the corners where it was folded. Why do you damage the product by folding it. It is ment to hold liquid not leak liquid.

  54. Purchase an Ozark Trail 30-Can Extreme Cooler the end of last year at Walmart. I never attempted to put 30 cans of anything in the cooler, and the side is torn where the shoulder strap attaches. Walmart would not take the cooler back because I did not have the receipt. Stuck with a cooler that I can no longer use with the shoulder strap. Only used a handful of times.

  55. I love your tumblers and koozieshe. I own several and brag about them all the time. I am wondering if you plan on making the top of the koozie fit the larger (tall) beer cans. A lot of venues sell the tall cans and the screw on seal does not go over the top.

    2. I have the same problem. I called the Corp. Office and was told its the manager call if they will exchange it or not since its a seasonal item. If the manager of the store where you purchased it refuses to take it back the Corp. Office will not go against his decision. Good Luck

  57. i am a fee collector at a local lake and thousands of campers come through each summer, most of which are blue collar families and a lot of retirees and seniors. most of who depend on walmart sporting goods for their outdoor equipment they bring and use. just like me, retired/disabled blue collar who works for a living and i live onsight at a campground. i'd learned to get a shelter for over the table if for nothing else a shaded breezy place. i went to walmart and spent $140.00 alone on the shelter. unfortunately as i unpacked it i found it was the same scissor type weak frame as my other. as with the other the 4 main arms extending from the corners to the center of the top each had a knuckle halfway up where they fold...and fold they do even when they are suppose to stay extended to hold up the canopy. after just 3 weeks a thunderstorm ruined it. i'd expect walmart would make it good but i no longer had the receipt. my advice isn't hang on to the receipt...my advice is buy elsewhere.

  59. I bought a Ozark Trail camp chair...I purchased 2 Big and Tall chairs with a capacity of 500lbs. (trust that we are a quarter of that limit) After 3 weeks the chair is fraying at the seam on the seat. Called the Walmart where I purchased it and after 45 min. of being transferred to the front and no one answering I decided to call Walmart Corp. Office. Only to be told that if the Manager doesn't agree to take it back they can't do anything about it. What kind of nonsense is that? If you read online the problem I'm having with the chair is repeated by many consumers. Done with Walmart, Done with Walmart products!!!!!
