  1. I purchase my blackberry phone through a boost mobile retail this year, used it for about four months and it went completely dead. I call boost mobile and notified them of the situation on the 5th of August 2010. A representive from boost advised me he was going to send me a replacement phone through the mail, approximately waiting time 5-7 business day. I called back the seventh day to check on the status, they advised me to call back next week. I waited patiently and called back 10 days later (Aug.22nd), and was advised by a Supervisor Hugo that my case was close, cause it didn't have enough information on the order and he need to resubmit another case in order to recieve my phone. Hugo advised me that my replacement phone will be in the mail an additional 7-10 business days. Mind me it been seventeen days without a phone, so i had him try to add a new phone on the account. He tried adding another phone to the account and what it did, destroy my account. He changed my blackberry service to a direct connect service which souldn't been done, but he had no knowledge that it can cause a problem. As a loyal customer for two year I stood by the company and opened a new account, purchased a new sim card and cell phone, until i receive my replacement phone. I waited 21 MORE days to receive my replacement phone(Sep 12, 2010). I call to reactivate my phone the same day i received it,(I was so glad). The activation was done but it doesn't stop there, my phone wasn't able to receive any calls from others. I called the company to discuss my issues (Sep 12, 2010), they went through the whole process to reboot my phone, they weren't able to fix the problem (unsuccessful). They advised me a technician will call me back in 72 hours, its been over a month and I haven't heard from any techs. I still have the issue now, and they still can't assist me. I advised them to cancel this account and open me up a new account, crediting the new account, they advised it can't be done. All I get is SORRY, but a tech will call you back as soon as possible.

I was once a loyal customer to this company, but now I will take my business else-where, thanks Mr. Carter for your business.

    1. Hi everyone. Today's spelling lesson, as it applies to Boost Mobile...

The word spelled "Lose" = as in LOSE your temper...
      and LOSING your mind....

The word spelled "Loose" = as in a disorganized, LOOSE operation...no, loosing is not a word...

The word spelled "there" = as in THERE is little hope of a happy outcome... or, go THERE and go postal...

The word spelled "their" = as in it's THEIR fault, or THEIR policy is to ignore problems... about someone's property, or action...

The word spelled "THEY'RE" = they are ... as in THEY'RE CROOKS

  2. This company show no loyalty to their customers. The customer service reps are RUDE and clearly need more training at being professional individuals. I was attempting to contact the company in regards to a lost payment through their automated system for 3 whole hrs and all I got was attitude and signs of irritation from them. If anyone should have been irritated it should have been me. Not to mention when I asked for names no one wanted to repeat or share their name, or when I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor some reps even told me they dont have one available. Im sorry but clearly I am not an uneducated individual. Since when is a company functioning without managers or supervisors to assist with needs that these reps are not trained to handle. And get this when a manager finally got on the phone after 3 whole hrs of attempting to resolve the issue he was as sarcastic as the reps I spoke to. This goes to show how unprofessional this company is and how untrained their staff is. I will not continue to spend my hard earned money on a company who does not value me as a customer or human being regardless of how cheap their service is. Sometimes I guess you have to pay the extra money to be valued and appreciated. This company needs a reality check!!!

  3. My child's phone was stolen and we called Boost to cut the phone off but she forgot the pin. The automated system said it can text the pin to the lost/stolen phone which is not prudent. There is no option to speak to a live person on the customer service line so I sent an email via Boost's website; instead of emailing me a representative left the same number that allows one no option to speak with a live person. Now the perp is using the phone and has called a child whose number is in the phone book and has asked for someone to meet him and pay for the phones return. Why couldn't Boost just deactivate the phone? The problem is solved easily. Major problem is the cell phone industry encourages this kind of theft because it allows perps to use the phones and to get cell service in their names or to sell phones to others. In all this modern technology, these phones can be tracked and this crime wave stopped.

  4. Besides numerous problems with my Boost mobile phone, which have yet to be fixed, the thing that infuriates me more than anything is that they "Outsource to the Phillipines"!!!! That takes a lot of jobs away from us! Just how much $$$$ do they want to make - it's a disgrace!

    1. SORRY, U ARE WRONG ABOUT THE OUTSOURCING, WELL NOT COMPLETLY. A VERY SMALL, AND I DO MEAN SMALL AMOUNT IS OUTSOURCED TO THE PHILLIPINES, THE MAJOR PORTION OF THEIR BUSINESS IS OUTSOURCED TO LATIN AMERICA AND MEXICO, NO THAT IS A REAL PROBLEM, THEY TALK TO YOU WORST THAN THE EAST INDIANS, AND THEY WILL JUST HANG UP ON YOU

  5. I have gone through 4 replacement Blackberrys since June 2010. I probably would have gone through more if it didnt take them 2 months to send me out the replacement. I must have created 1/2 dozen tickets for each phone that needed replacement. Everytime I needed a new phone you had to create a ticket, well they kept coming back rejected due to insufficient troubleshooting. How do you troubleshoot a phone that wont power on??!! The supervisors are nasty, nobody is ever on the same page there. Im done with Boost Mobile and I am switching carriers.

  7. Boost Mobile Sucks!!!
My husband and I purchased the Rambler wx400 from the Boost Mobile website on 2/11/2011. We received the phone on 2/14/2011. Two days later(2/16/2011) the phone stopped working. My husband called Boost, only to be told it was not there problem.I have contacted Boost several time in the last week, only to be told there is nothing they can do and call back in 24 hours. I went to a Sprint store (a sister company) and after they talked to Boost for an hour ws told that Boost can replace this phone. give them 24 hours and i was to call back. I waited 24 hours and when i called was told to give them 24 hours. I called back today and was told I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a rep to call me back. I totally lost my patience! I then called Sprint on the phone. The nice rep helped me as much as he could. He also got the run around from Boost. All I wanted was this phone exchanged. Now i just want is ALL my money back. Calling the President of Sprint and Boost in the Morning. Please tell all your friends & family on & off the internet to NEVER PURCHASE A BOOST PONE!!!!

  10. I've been a loyal customer of Boost Mobile since 2008. Faithfully making payments even purchased a new phone. Why did I get a text today from 266-781 telling me if my payment is not in tonight before midnight they will turn my phone off and my payment is not even due? I called boost twice and both times the representive kept blowing me off, they refused to transfer the call when I requested to speak with a Supervisor stating "this is not a supervisor call, if I want to make a complaint to put it in writing"

    2. I have the $50 spend down plan. I am SUPPOSED to be paying $35 since june. It is now going into September and ALL THEY DO is request a 'ONE TIME' payment on the 29th. the hillarious thing is--They have been asking for that'one time' payment since APRIL and I've paid it TWICE. They still aren't happy. And they REFUSE to lower my payment to $35.
I'm on a fixed income and get my money on the 31st or 1st. I called Boost customer care a year ago, and explained my situation and asked that it be put on my computer record that I CANNOT pay on the 29th as they want. I was told it would be set the way I wanted. I was lied to-6 months ago I called about the 29th nonsense and was told that my request of 6 months earlier was never entered into the computer.
Now since I don't pay on the 29th, they cancel my email til my bill is paid on the 31st. I'm going to the BBB. Let THEM get the issue straight with Boost mobile

    3. I bought a Boost Rumor flex phone. I can't access the web with it ever. When I went back to my dealer and asked why. He told me that the Rumor Flex isn'[t the REAL web. It's a watered down version of the web and very inconvenient. As soon as I can afford it, I will be spending another $99 (the flex is $99), and moving up to the $55 a month plan and getting the REAL internet. I HATE the flex.

  11. Boost Mobile is a fraud..I know three other people in my area that are having problems with their phones and are getting no satisfaction from Boost. Today, I am posting comments on facebook and Twitter warning people not to buy a boost phone. The CEO of this company is a fraud,is incompetent, and should be fired!!!! Any company leader who allows paying customers to be blatantly ripped off is not suited to be a leader.

As for the idiots that answer the phones when you have a problem, you might as well talk to yourself. I have a Blackberry that hasn't worked right since I bought it only 5 weeks ago. Everytime I call these idiots I get a different story from each person. It all comes down to this company doesn't stand by its product.... All you get is the run around and "We'll have to open another case" after you already opened 5 cases beforehand. It's just a tactic they use to wear you out so you buy another phone out of pocket. It isn't going to work for me!!!!!!

I think every customer that has been having problems with these idiots should contact each other in order to file a civil lawsuit against this fraud company and drive them out of business. I am going to see a lawyer and take my business elsewhere.

  12. I have been trying purchase a phone from boost for the last 3 months. I have been back and forth to the store in Niles/Golf Mill shopping mall. First of all they always say come back for the i1 phone is on backorder. I have called numerous times and nobody answers the phone. I walked over to the place and the girl is sitting on her phone and I asked how come she was not answering the phone and her comment was the phone doesn't work. I see it this way if they can't answer the phone and talk to a customer then maybe this is not the right phone service to go to. Boost I feel has the worst customer service ever. I think I will go to Cricket not that its a good phone service but do not want a contract so I guess that will do for now. You need to send the people that work in your store for some training. I do work in a Company for 22 years and there is no way our customer get treated like this. May I suggest something send them for training. :(

I got a Boost Mobile phone 2/28/11, this as some of you know is a kind of prepay phone, but I am wondering what cell phone is not prepay, since you have to pay your bill every month or the shut it off.
My bill is due at the end of the month, I have tried to pay my bill on line three times, once Sunday, called Boost on Monday, due to seems the payment did not take. Paid again on Monday night, once again calling Boost to see why this time it did not take, (as you know trying to get a hold of someone that can actually give you information about your account, is like finding a carpenter ant in a 500 year old oak tree) both days on the phone for over an hour. I was told today that my credit card payment was blocked???????
Got home tonight and once again tried to pay the bill, yes, it seemed like everything went well. I cooked dinner sat down to eat, when lord behold, my phone rang, unknown number, I answered the call, it was Boost Mobile, confirming I was who I was, the guy told me he was from Boost and just wanted to verify I was the one who used the credit card, he asked me my phone number, I gave it, he asked me my name, I gave it, he asked me to spell my name, I did it, he asked me my address, I gave it, he asked me the last 4 numbers of my SS#, I hesitated but gave it, he then asked me what month I was born in, once again hesitant about giving this I did, he then asked me what the house number was to an old address, YA not this time, now I blew, how dare you ask me all this to verify my payment, this went on for a few minutes, when I told him in no uncertain words, how dare you, I just want to make my payment, and have never had to go through this, and that I believe in Michigan it is against the law to pull any kind of Credit report on any one with out their permission, they told me they had not, so how do you know of an address from over 6 years ago.
He did tell me there was another way for him to verify who I was and to be able to pay my bill on line, Ok what is it, I said,
    HERE IT COMES
We can call your bank and get the information I need>>>>>>>>>>> Ok I now have blown my lid. I asked for a supervisor, put on hold for 27 mins, I hung up, dialed the number back that he called me on, funny, disconnected ???? Huh????
So I called Boost Mobile, and same run around, I can either give them all this information and be able to pay my bill on line with my credit card, or I can not give them all this information and just go into the store to pay, or buy a Boost Mobile card and pay that way….
    WOW

  15. NEVER pay Boost Mobile online. I paid online on Apr. 5 which was my due date. Checked my checking acount and the preauthorization for the payment was there. The next morning my phone was turned off. I also tried calling customer service - what a joke! You can not get a person who speaks English well enough to understand them and no one knows how to help you. After being transferred back and forth between two departments and six different people I finally demanded a supervisor who told me that it was my problem and I needed to take it up with my bank. He gave me $4 credit and changed my account to a daily account to give me 2 days to get my bank to fix it and gave me a fax number to fax the results from the bank. My bank pulled up the transaction where Boost preauthorized the payment but did not process it. I faxed this to them and heard nothing except another message saying my phone would be turned off. The only answer I get is "Just buy a reboost card and fix it for now" - but what happens when they finaly decide to process the payment sitting out there waiting on my checking account? I made a trip to a Boost Mobile store and tried talking face to face with a live person and guess what - he did not speak English as his primary language either. His answer was to call customer service for me and hand me the phone - this did get me another $4 credit to give me 2 more days for ME to fix the problem. And on top of everything else, now that the have changed my account to a daily account I have lost 4 months of ontime payments toward the Shrinkage rates. I have never done business with worse customer service than this company!!!!!

  22. I have used a Boost phone for approximately 4 years. There was always additional funds added to my account prior to the expiration date. Eventually, I lost tract of the date and Boost wiped out my balance when funds were not added. O.K., my mistake. I then converted my account to automatic re-Boost. That was supposed to eliminate concerns about missing the expiration date. Not only did they once again wipe out my balance but added another ten dollars billed to my credit card. My total losses were approximately $150.00. As stated in other posted comments, it is all but impossible to get a live person on the phone for customer assistance. When you do (it took me a half hour) they say they will transfer you and you end up being connected to their automated menu which, incidentally, has no category for the problem at hand. How can a telephone company not want you to communicate with them by telephone? It's insane and so am I if I deal with them any longer. One point I should make in fairness.. the phone itself always performed exceptionally well. For the money it is costing me, it should.

This man is the problem with Boost Mobile. It's people like him that allow customer service to be so horrible. Do the research on Dan Schulman people. I said no way so he put the return on my debit card , well all but 15 dollars for some reason and i left. its been a week now and its not in the bank. When I do get a human, they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. It has been a totally HORRIBLE experience. BTW - apparently once you give them your money, even though you have no phone and can't get one to work, they WILL NOT issue a refund - they have a 'NO REFUND' policy. 30. Frustrated, I can't believe they lost my cell number! All I wanted to do was forward my cell number to my home number. I spoke with the customer service rep who assured me it could be done without losing my number. After this statement, she and I were disconnected. When I called back, I spoke with a rude smart alec who kept giving me the run around about why my number was not my number. He told me to get the DEC number and read it. It was at this time I learned that my phone number of over 8 years had been changed to some other random number. Then I was told that it could be restored but to call back in 2 hours. When I did the number could not be accessed. My number is now floating in the system, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. That was about the stupidest thing I ever heard. They apologize for the inconvenience...again the understatement of the year, and then offered me a $10 credit to my account. Now I am stuck with a Blackberry I can't use with a different carrier (too old now), and a phone number I don't even know. What a giant rip off. Well done, if their goal was to steal and cheat that accomplished that with flying colors. What also troubles me is that everything is paperless. There are no records of being a customer, no bills no statements. No proof, no paper trail.

  33. This has been the worse nightmare! I have been on the phone for, literally, four hours being transferred from one limited-English speaking person to the next...and only after being switched from automatic prompt to prompt. I finally asked one of the four supervisors that I spoke with where they were located and was told that they were in Costa Rica. Wow! If you want to outsource American business that's one thing. To outsource to people who, obviously, have no real in customer service is another. I am stuck now with a $200 phone that I can't get activated, because no one can tell me how to make this happen. I've tried the numerous automatic prompts; on-line registration; and, talking with the unknowledgable representatives and supervisors in Costa Rica.

How does Boost Mobile stay in business?? I wish I had known prior to selecting them as my provider. I am very disappointed!

  34. I purchased a phone on 6/18/11 and have been disappointed to say the least since that day! No one can help you, they just pass you from department to department and make "tickets"....UGH! Their customer service sucks and the poor illiterate people they have working for them are the worst!!!!!! I can't wait to switch from Boost! I wish we could ban together and shut them down!

  35. Let me also issue my complaint. I had let my phone go for about 3 months because I was considering changing carriers. I decided to reactivate my phone on 8-14-2011. I received a couple days later a card saying that I had received a free month of service and that my next payment would be 9-16-2011 which still is not a free month. I then got serveral texts from Boost telling me that I have a payment due date of 9-14-2011. I called customer service serveral times and they wanted me to find the card, call them back and give them the promotional code because that was the only way that they could give me the one month free service. I find that to be poor business accounting. They were the ones who sent the card then they should have in their system the date, the customer names and the special code in the event that the customer misplace their card. My husband had a Boost phone and it was off for about 4 months. He received a free month of service and he did not call nor email them to activate the service. I refuse to pay the 9-14-2011 monthly charge and you can bet that Boose didn't hesitate to place my number on a restricted basis. I am disgusted with them and the fact that they did not honor their promotional card and then wanted me to look up information that they should have had already.

  37. I suggest we all call the various appropreiate government enforcement agencies responsible for commmunications, scam advertising, bank interaction issues, etc and report the poor to non-existant customer care service Boost is rendering to the public. At least you will know someone might help you with your problem and cause Boost real pain at the same time. You may want to start with your local TV station, face book, twtter account, etc.

I will be taking both to Small Claims Court, B.B.B Consumers Affair & Board of Public Utilities and let this company have it. What happen to going the extra mile with Customers? Oh I forgot Boost knows nothing about that. Pissed off ready to air Boostmobile out it's time for a change...

  39. Customer service is non existent with this company. Their idea of service is to send excessive text messages in the middle of the nite to harass its customers. All complaints made are given to their most anal retentive representatives whose only desire is to continue harassing loyal customers. It appears that their customer services only mission is to destroy the company that is paying them. Larger companies than this have gone down due to managers that have been promoted to their highest level of incompetency

  43. I've had boost for the last 8 months and I didn't have a problem until now, well besides that I could never get through to talk to a real live rep until I learned that you press 2 and then when it starts talking again press 8 twice and it will connect you to a live person.
I had a referral code to receive $25 credit if I referred someone well my son needed a phone so he went with boost and I was with him when they connected it and I told the guy repeatly that I have a code for a referral fee and apparently he didnt apply it and now a month later when me and my son are suppose to receive the credit on both phones we didnt because he didnt activate the phone with the code. He claims that its my fault because I didn't give him the code. He was very rude and didnt even want to handle this over the phone he wanted me to go in the store to handle this but I refused cause it was not my mistake. He was a total joke. He said he cant fix it that it's too late so I'm out of the 25 credit and so is my son. I told him that I will tell everyone not to go to his store for service and he responded with "are you trying to scare me." Boost has been a disappointment. I guess the saying is true "you get what you pay for." I will no longer be with Boost and I will tell anyone and everyone how bad their service is.

    1. The one I talked to didn't have a sixth grade education. I paid a month ahead, and for some reason they turned off my phone. I called to try and tell her that i was paid up for another month. She finally said that i was covered for another month, but i had pd. another month. I asked her to send me an email telling me that she told me what she did. She said she couldn't send an email. I said you have a computer in front of you and the internet don't you, and she said yes. I knew I was dealing with and idiot, so I said thanks for your help and she sweetly asked if she could do anything else for me. I said evidently not if you don't even know how to send an email so I will take it up with someone else. I found this page afterward, so it is clear this company has no ethics. I will report them to the better business bureau. Maybe it will prevent someone else from connecting with Cynthia the ignorant.

  46. I just purchased a phone with boost and followed the protocol to transfer my current cell number. It would not take it and assigned me a new number. I have had the same number for 10 years. When boost called me I was told I could not have my old number. It could not be done. I wished I had done more research before switching to this company. I will do TONS of research now and will eventually leave. I am sure this company will get worse before it gets better. The CSR that called me was so obviously inept at having any people skills. I think they hire people with 6th grade educations as a requirement for employment.

I also have a $50 crdeit on my account and have been told that boost has the right to keep these funds because I violated their terms. I feel as though I am owed something for boost violating the word unlimited... BOOST IS HORRIBLE!!! 49. Yet another bad experience with Boost Mobile here. i purchase a phone from their web site, (which is difficult at best to maneuver). i wait 4 days for its delivery. When it arrives, i go to their web site to activate it. Site says we have no numbers for your area, please call customer support. i call in and try to activate my phone, and their recording says "we have no numbers for your area (Bennettsville, SC), but please hold while we connect you to a support rep to handle your issue. i am put on hold for about 30 seconds. i inform the lady that answered the phone that the web site and the phone system both said that there were no numbers for my phone in my area. Her reply was first to ask me where i am, and my zip code. i give her that info, and she comes back quickly to tell me that she apologizes for the info i was given but that they do infact have numbers for my area. She gives me a number, sells me a $50 unlimited plan and then connects me to the system for me to agree to services and that my phone would be active right after that. Ok great.. problem started when phone died. i call back, get lost in touch tone hell for 3 hours with transfer after transfer, only to be told that (oh yay! ) no service in my area. Now mind you, this info is given to me 2 hours after the proper department that i could have been given to for me to send my phone back to, had closed 2 hours earlier. For a grand total of nearly 4 hours on the phone.

    NEXT DAY!
Another 3 hours on the phone before i go thru their touch tone hell, and i get a part that say press 2 for refunds. BEEP! 2 .. "We're sorry, we do not offer refunds" CLICK!

i am finally gotten to a person who knows what the hell she's doing, and am given an RA number, the refund of my $50 unlimited plan purchase (tax included), and i ship the phone back to them last week. Interestingly enough, today, December 14, i contact them and am informed by the correct department, that the phone was in fact received on the 13th, and that my refund is in process. But that i would possibly not see the money for that refun for 6-8 wks. It didn't take them but 5 minutes if that to take the money, but they don't want to refund it very fast.

As one other person said. DO NOT BUY BOOST MOBILE! Customer support sucks sewer water, tech support are ID10T's, and their phone system does not even offer to speak to a person in the first menu at all.
i was given the following info by a tech person. When you call them and want a person immediately, press 88. If it asks for your phone number, enter (000)000-0000 and you'll get to a person there too.

And yes, another said that their corp number does not work, its a recording that says that its not monitored, but please leave a message.???? Another ID10T i think programmed that.

  52. I am totally fed up with boost mobile customer services. I just spoke to a Jason thru their customer service and he hung up on me. That is the very last time I am getting hung up on by a boost mobile customer "so called" care rep. The unfortuniate problem is boost hire all these reps with a heavy dialect/accent and they get upset because you can't understand them. When your conversation consistantly consist of may you repeat that please they get upset, and HANG up. The cold part of the matter is it took at least 6 or 7 buttons or two to three calls b4 you actuall spoke to someone. That is alot of time to speak to some. Well I guess you get what you pay for cheap payments means cheap, poor, disrespectful, unprofessional, inconsiderate, incompetent, bad service. And they have the nerve to say call or customer "care" rep. One you can't get through and two they will not fully know the product. I had to ask other people about the phone I bought through them. Then, I bought insurance and if the rep puts the info in wrong and you discover it when the bill is due they won't even fix the problem. I asked for insurance on my phone, paid the five dollars for it only to end up with international calling. I found this out when I went to go online to pay my bill and the services I had and saw that. Well you know I went through hell only for them to tell me it counldn't be fixed 14 days after purchase, well I told them I didn't make the mistake ur company/agent entered info into computer not me. They would not fix their mistake and I have no insurance on the phone. Do mind you, I had the rep put that I purchased insurance on the reciept and they still would not honor it, I took this all the way to corporate office for them not to honor as well. So I am absolutely through with BOOSTMOBILE. I get better service from the man at the gas station trying to clean my windows. The WORST services will ever go through!!!!!!! I have more horror stories but I dont have all day and I don't need them working y blood pressure up any more!!! I would not recommed them to anyone and you can take that to the bank.

  53. Dissatisfaction with Service:

Every company starts gaining reputation and customers by offering customer service at a high level of competency. I'm sorry to inform your company the you customer service is poor. It doe not even meet the CST first step which is to understand the issue for the customer's call.

I became a customer of your company n Aug 27, 2011. Sin the beginning the employee I was speaking with, offer unsatisfactory service. For example, I ask the representative that I wanted insurance for my galaxy prevail, he told me that I had to wait a 3 days for the insurance. Secondly, if I told provide my correct North Carolina address why was my address enter as a California address. Due to the lack of professionalism of the employee I find myself without communication because my phone was damage and when I tried putting a claim with Asurion they said the insurance was effective on 12/13/11.

Does this sounds like good customer service to you? It is not.

Now the company offer to provide another device and sent the phone to the wrong address how is that possible. The phone was shipped to Wilson NC how the hell is Wilson spelled like Selma NC. I believe this is done malicious and purposely and I will follow this matter to the full extend of the law.

They also said that depending on their stock I might be receiving another phone not the prevail. Well I don't want another phone I paid 179.99 + 12.41 tax for the prevail.

I recently spoke with a representative by the name of Mike, Rachell, and Cristina.

Ticket number 18931787-111214 was created and case number 5249813 .

The main reason for this is the lack of professionalism of your employees. They give the customer attitude but the worse part of it is that the supervisor is far worse than his/her subordinate.

I want the same phone I paid for Galaxy prevail.

In addition to correcting my issue with my phone, the company has to uphold good customer service standards. Companies have to maintain integrity and reputation by applying what they preach. Boostmovile is not exempt from standardized tele-communication practice.

I hope to here from you soon.

  55. To whom ever it may concern,i would just like to let your company know that it has not given me anything but problems.I bought a Samsung galaxy for 200 dollars for it to malfunction within 2 months..so considering boost mobile did not offer a warranty on my phone i had to send it to Samsung direct to fix my issue.while that was occurring after trying to get my other Boost mobile phone put on i was told there was a server issue and it would be taking care of within 72 hours,72 hours cam and went. Then i was told it would be another 24 hours, that came and went, then i was told 5 hours and then never got a call back so i called boost mobile then after 8 DAYS almost 3 times the MAXIMUM wait time for my issue to be resolved boost mobile finally took care of my issue by sending me a replacement phone. After receiving my "replacement"phone i was given credit toward my account. With that credit i used it toward my "replacement"phone .for the next 15 days at a value of 2 dollars per day i was told i have unlimited talk text and web.and for 15 days i had a phone that only made phone calls because my web wouldn't work and my voice mail had an error so i could not even use the phones full usage, then after waiting for 9 days after i finally got my android back from warranty from Samsung, boost mobile could NOT connect my phone because of an esn number problem.i was told when i finally got my android back on that I would be "compensated" and i will receive a phone call with in 24 hours that was 4 days ago and so i called boost mobile and was told that there well be no compensation because ive already have been compensated now for one your company BOOST MOBILE is suppose to have a Care center but my problem is this,it seems like im the one doing the caring and you guys are not. Ive been a customer with this company for a while now but the longer i stay with this company the more you guys don't care.I would simply like to me credited for what right fully so one situation and nothing to do with the other and i was told "well we run as a business' and as well as do i pay you for a service,if my service is not for filled then im pretty sure your not keeping up with your end of the bargain.there is no reason why i should not be credited for my issue that was a fault of yours, once again thank you for your time and patience regarding this matter and i look forward to speaking to you soon.

    Sincerly,

BOOST MOBILE RUINED MY LIFE. PLEASE READ THIS.
I have been a loyal customer of boost mobile for around 2 years now. Never once had any issues with them. Well untile last month. I had more than enough money to cover December's payment in my account. Even got a text confirming it the night before my payment was do. Just to find my phone shut off the next morning. Saying there was not enough funds in my account. After spending well over a week trying to figure out how to get ahold of a operator to find out what was going on. I found my out I had charges on my acounth through a 3rd party that I never autherrised. So I asked them to fix it and turn my phone on and give me a free month for not having service for over a week because I could not get intouch with a real person. The operrator agreed to both these things. My phone was back on in a mater of minutes. Well come time to make my payment for Jan. I am thinking I am ok. I have a free month. So i did not add money to my acount. Come to my surprise the next day my phone had been shut off all day. While I was waiting for a call on a $3000 job I desperatly needed to make it through the winter. Which I missed out on because of my phone not being on like I was told by Boost Mobile it would be. So now my life is ruined, because they did not do what they said. I know will not have money needed to pay this months rent, or even beable to eat. So because of Boost Mobile i will be on the streets in the middle of winter with no roof over my head and nothing to eat. When I called them earlier today 01/05/2012 to find out what happend. Even explaining to them what there mistake has cost me and the cituation I am now facing because of it. Only wanting them to fix there mistake. And give me what I was promised for threre last mistake. I figure its not much to ask for costing me several grand and putting me out on the streets. I was told by the first operator that it was not in my file there was nothing he could do. So I asked for his boss and got the same response. This time with attitude. So I asked for the top guy incharge and got the call center manager. Who after every thing they had done to me would only ofer me a petty $10 credit. Not even the free month I was sapost to get. WOW I have never in my life seen such bad customer service in my intire life. I should of been asking for alot more then a free month. And they should of been offering me more with out even asking. Well I tell you what I am not going to settle for a free month. Untile they make this whole situation right including the damage and sufering they have caused me I am going to go after them were it hurts. There pockets!!! So for all you reading this. I do not ask for hand outs. I do not ask for a place to stay. I ask you all one simple thing. Get this message out there. Coppy and repost it. Email it to your friends. Put it on all your social media sites. Make this go viral. Maybe it will get the attention of the media. Its time companys learn they cant get away with messing with us any more. And Boost Moble needs to make this right. Untile then I also ask if possable for you to boycought any thing that has to do with Boost Mobile. Thank you every one for taking the time to read this.

  58. I signed up with METRO PCS on 12/22/11 & got LG Esteem mobile phone for $439 with a $100 rebate to be mailed to me in 4 to 6 weeks.

Before signing up, I was told the battery life is about 3 hours talk time. To me that meant is if I talk that much time the battery would last 3 hours. But this piece of junk is totally useless because the battery runs out if the phone is not turned off. In other words, I do not have to use it, just by being turned on, the battery starts to run out & dies out completely in 3 hours. So, I can not use it when I need it. I start to turn it off all the time missing many important phone calls. SO I decided to call it a piece of junk.

The second issue is it's speaker is not clear and I hate this phone.

Today, on 1/14/12 took it to the corp. office 9070 Van Nuys Blvd., Panroma City, CA. hoping to exchange it for the kind what I need, but they told me I used it more than 60 min. talk time & they rejected my request.

Since last week, I tried to call the corp. office, but no one answers but machine. This company does not appear to conduct its businesses as the same standard as the US's companies.

  61. I went to a Cellular store that sold Boost on Feb. 25, 2012 with intentions of going with Boost as a new customer and I purchased a Samsung Transform Ultra droid phone. I bought the phone in Myrtle Beach, SC. I asked the owner and told him to make sure I would get good service. He either didn't check or lied when I gave him my address to check and see if everything would be okay. Not only do I not get service but there isn't even a tower for me to use where I live!! I mean come on and when I called him he told me he wasn't doing anything and (I ) needed to sell the Phone. Can you believe that one? My total bill for phone and service for a month was 303.40. And now I can't use anything I paid for. My parents are in their eighties and need to call me anytime for my help or whatever. So now no one is willing to help me at all with this dilemma. Boost won't help me and the owner of the Cell and Computer repair store won't help me either. How can this happen? I can't believe no one is doing anything about this. I would never treat a customer like this and I don't know how he stays in business ripping people off like this! AND BOOST you should be ashamed of yourself not even trying to make this right and letting a character like that sell and represent your company and your phones.
Boost and this owner have not heard the last of this. This is absurd that people are doing this right here in our country ad we are supposed to take it. AND BOOST YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED !! Boost told me the only phone that would work where I am at is a walkie talkie phone and they would be changing things within a year and so they wouldn't help me with that either-- A YEAR ? ARE YOU SERIOUS??????? This is at the very least is UNETHICAL and DISHONEST!
I intend to do whatever I can legally to make sure no one else goes through this.

  67. So unhappy with Boost mobile services. They actually when I called to complain were going to send me a complimentary phone which I did not want and they deactivated my android and transferred the number to the complimentary phone and was without service for seven hours. Instead of even trying to refund my money for the month they made up all kinds of excuses. Their reps are extremely rude and have no knowledge as to what is going on. I feel underappreciated as a customer I did end up contacting the fcc by email as well as speaking to them on the phone. I called back today and told them I was calling corporated and now all of a sudden they want to resolve the issue after two whole days of being on the phone with them. I wish I never went through them in the first place.

  68. I'm not a boost mobile customer. I have never been and now never will due to the blatant racism i have seen displayed on your commercial where black woman and the "4genie" are very rude to the white woman.. you may think i'm overreacting but ask yourself if it was 2 white ppl "shhshhing" a black person would it be considered racist? ill bet it would..

I will tell all my friends and family to never get a boost mobile phone.

  71. boost-mobile is worst than criminal, they are insidious parasites without thought or compassion. These people epitomizes distain for ethics and common decency. Subscribers are merely fodder for the corporation of greed, avarice, and expediency.
The focus is clearly to separate the gullible from their their cash while never offering even a shred of integity. Once the money is extracted from the host, Boost-
obile is as concerned as a fat tick having had its fill. How many more more will fall fall prey to this criminal enterprise.

  72. Boost Auto Pay made a mistake and didn't charge my cc. Checked my bank acct and with my bank. No problems so I contact Boost Mobile CSR. After a few frustrating emails I said I would pay online IF I would not be penalized for the Boost computer error problem. If I was to be penalized that I would start looking at potential other carriers because I have had so many mistake. here is the answer I got back from Andy H. Social Media Team "You will not be charge a late fee but a tax fee and you will not be getting your Shrinkage mile stone towards your monthly unlimited plan. We will want to assist you our very best abilities please let us know what decision you decide." Great customer service there Boost.

I left TMobile a-holes to go to Boost, a mistake although I would NEVER go back to TMo. I paid $340 for my Samsung Transform Ultra and now its useless. It's my business line so now I'm out of business, forced to use my piece of crap Safelink Wireless phone. I honestly feel like giving up mobile alltogether!

  80. Boost mobile is a complete joke, they selling these f**k up phones. We all as customers need to get together online, around the world or however and get them put out of business. They fail to realize that with out customers there is NO BUSINESS!!! B***hes(Boost Mobile) we are your bread makers, we supply the bread and water you bring home to your people....asses. I'm so angry cause I brought a broadband and a lab top from them and the service rep and the so called manager said it would work anywhere we are link with the sprint towers and it the best (what they are saying), told me it was better than cricket and everything. Don't get me wrong they sold me on the product(s), but when I got home that shit didn't work. Didn't want to give my money back or help me figure out what was going on. And if sprint is behind them, Sprint, Boost mobile is making your company look real bad, they are dragging your name thru the dirt. One more thing they put cricket down, at least cricket stands by there customers and have the understanding what customer care is. So to make my venting short whenever you'll(customers) are ready to bring this shit of a company down sign me up and I promise to many many more with me. BOOST MOBILE NEED TO BE STOP, BURNED, KILLED OUT, WHATEVER IT TAKE TO GET THEM OFF THE MARKET.... ASAP

    1. I have been a loyal customer of Boost Mobil for over three years. At that time I was able to reach a live rep but for the last year It's been an impossible task. I have tried everything including the number listed for their headquarters in California. It is very frustrating and insulting to not have the option to speak to a person when you are trying to conduct business especially when you are a paying customer. Upon reading these complaints posted I was surprised quite a few people did reach a live rep. but said they were rude and not a bit helpful, so I guess I got the better deal by not speaking to anyone at all.

  87. I live in Fort Washington Maryland. I have had trouble with my boost mobile service since March of 2012. I have talked to everyone in boost mobile at the SAVE DESK, about the lack of service. All they can do is make apologies’ about the outage and promise to have my service restored very soon. I get service for a period of time, but on average every month to moth and a half I loose service for a period of 10 to 20 days,(the latest outage Sept. 02, 2012). Then when I call and complaint, they tell me that they are working on the towers, or that a storm has knocked my service or that the phases of the moon are not in line with the celestial Gods. They have more excused than a politician. The bottom line is that this company if full of crap, they claim that they are changing from the old two way radio system, to the CDMA 4G. I’m told that I will be impressed with the new service. I suspect that we will have transporters in every street corner before I see this so called “great impressive service“. I have a family member that is using the old 2 way radio system, and when thy visit my home they get perfect service.(So much for the change from the old to the new CDMA system)
To be fair to the people at the SAVE DESK, they have compensated me with a credits to my account, however, that does very little to compensate for the lack of service and incompetence to restore service after 6 month of work at the “towers”. I think that they could’ve had Forest Gump do a better job at the source of the trouble; instead of the half jacks they have working on the problem. I have been a client of the company since 1998, when it was NEXTEL. They tell me that my service should be fully restored by the 17th of October, 2012, I have been credited for the month of September, and I expect to be credited until the 17 of October 2012. If I have no service restored by then, I will change my service to another more credible and reliable company.

  91. My wife and I changed from Nextel [after 12 years] to Boost because my daughter talked us into doing this, she supposedly was going to get a 25.00$ referral fee and we were likewise supposed to get 25.00 $ for signing up, We signed up in Aug 2012 useing her referral code that I typed in on my home computer during activation , people of their's that I have talked to complaining about not getting this can see the referral code typed in, but say I signed up under something different, don't know why they think I typed this referral code in and to this date 11/19/12, niether of us has received the 25.00 referral money, so I would advise anyone that thinks this is going to happen is just dreaming, Boost does not do what they say they are going to do, Just LIES----No REFERRAL 25.00 $ JUST B.S.

  92. Boost Mobile have all idiots working including the supervisors. Each time I called about the free upgrade I got a different answer each time. I was sent the wrong phone(flip phone) and now I have to wait another 7-10 days before I get another phone(might get flip again) and I still might get the wrong phone. I was a loyal customer for three years but no more. Boost Mobile is more like a downer than a boost. Corporate office needs to supervise/monitor what is going on with their company before it goes down the drain. Sad!!!

  93. Boost mobile needs to improve there agents customer service skills. Seems it always takes more than one call to get an issues resolved or a question answered. Agents / reps often have an attitude and language barrier. Some hang up when supervisor is requested. Beginning to wonder if boost is worth the hassle.

  94. In reading all your comments I am not suprised. I have been a Boost customer for apr 3 years. I was notified that my phone will be absolete because they no longer offer walkie talkie service and boost was going to replace my phone free of charge. I called to place my order for the free phone I qualified for and was told by the rep that my order was confirmed and my new phone would be shipped with 3 weeks. A month later, actually today Dec 27, 2012 I called about the status of delivery of my new phone and now there telling me that I don't qualify for the phone. Boost did not even have the common decency to let me know tha they changed their minds. My question to them is what happend to my investment when I purhcased the original phone. Why am I held accountable for a business decision they made to take my phone out of circulation and not replace it. Would that not be the decent thing to do. Well I see that I am not the only one complaining. This company really does not care about their customers or its reputation. Verizon here I come.....BOOST IS HISTORY....and I guarantee you I will make it my business to tell everybody about this no good company and drive them out of business forever.

  99. I am so glad I this blog popped up before I made a terrible mistake. If Sprint is involved with this company they need to go out of business because this is a bad business choice. I went into a Boost office first where this Asian guy tries to take advantage of me. I watched him screw this Mexican guy and then this elderly white lady and then he thought he was going to do me. I told him I don't think so. Well I come home and try to do business on their lame website and eventually got a representative. Well the phone I wanted to use was my sisters and the bill had not been paid since January. The rep advised me that the phone was still active and I asked him how is that especially since there is suppose to be no contract. Well my sister who previously owned the phone asked the Crack head rep why this was the case. Then because he was so rude she asked to speak with a supervisor. He then informed her that he did not have a supervisor and that seeing she was uneducated he was going to try to explain it to her. I took the phone and told that foreign AS%&#* to go screw his mama then drink some bleach. I think it is ashame that Boost Mobile is still in business and because they are overseas apparently with their customer service they know there is nothing we as Americans can do. I am going to call the FTC and file a complaint and I advise others to do the same.
